The project

From downtown
to the outskirts. All of São Paulo.

The challenge set by Virada Sustentável was monumental: how do you spread the sustainability message across a metropolis as vast as São Paulo? INGF responded with a decentralized occupation strategy, taking art from the central areas to the outskirts and connecting the city's different territories.

We made possible the creation of 7 large murals across different zones of São Paulo. The dynamic was the heart of the project: each mural was a collaboration between a local artist from that region and an invited outsider. This exchange resulted in works that not only beautified the communities, but brought profound social lessons and sustainability concepts applied to the reality of each neighborhood.

Sustainability for us is also social. Our strategy was to decentralize access to art and ensure that each mural had the soul of the neighborhood through collaboration, transforming the city into a network of dialogues e lessons vivas.
