How do you launch a new season of Arcane while keeping the audience in a constant state of anticipation? For Netflix, INGF created a mural that functioned as a living artwork in the heart of São Paulo. Instead of a single delivery, we executed the painting across multiple moments in time.
We invited artist Bruno Mota for a creative marathon: with each new spoiler or plot twist in the series, the mural was physically updated. The wall became a news portal, turning urban art into a hype thermometer that evolved alongside the streaming narrative.
Our production here was against the clock. We turned the wall into a living timeline, where the painting logistics had to be as fast as internet hype to deliver each spoiler at the right moment.
