Artmosphere Biennale · Moscow Manege · Russia
Taking the essence of the Brazilian street to the institutional heart of Russia. INGF was invited to join the international curator team of Artmosphere, the first and only Moscow Biennale dedicated to urban art. The stage could not have been more emblematic: the Moscow Manege.
Our mission was to curate and manage the artistic residency of three fundamental names in the Brazilian scene: Claudio Ethos, Alex Senna, and Paulo Ito. The works were created from scratch on Russian soil, resulting in an exhibition that united global multi-curationalism with Brazil's unique and challenging artistic voice.
A delivery that reinforces INGF's role as a curator of museological caliber, capable of moving between the streets and the world's most prestigious biennials.
Being part of a Biennale in Moscow requires a curation that understands the weight of the institutional platform. Our mission was to ensure that the identity of the Brazilian street would not be lost inside the museum, but would be elevated to the status of a unique work before the critique internacional.
